1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Credit Elevate ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

Credit Elevate offers professional services aimed at helping individuals improve and repair their personal credit scores. While we strive to deliver meaningful results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, as credit improvement depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including client participation, credit bureau policies, and financial activity.

3. Account Access

You may create an account through an external client portal provided by Credit Elevate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Fees and Billing

  • One-Time Enrollment Fee: $199 USD upon initial registration.

  • Monthly Subscription Fee: $99 USD, billed automatically each month thereafter.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel the service in accordance with our cancellation policy.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a conditional money-back guarantee. If, after 90 consecutive days of active service, you have not seen any reasonable improvement in your credit score, you may request a refund. Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

  • You must have actively participated in the program and provided all required documentation in a timely manner.

  • No new negative tradelines, defaults, or missed payments should have occurred during the service period.

  • The refund request must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the third month of service.

We reserve the right to evaluate refund claims on a case-by-case basis.

6. Personal Data Collection and Use

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of the following personal data:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Date of birth

  • Social Security Number (SSN)

This information is used strictly for identity verification, credit analysis, and providing our services. All data is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. For more information, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or unauthorized activities

  • Attempting to access systems or data without permission

  • Disrupting the performance or security of our platform

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, software, and design elements—is the property of Credit Elevate or its licensors, and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Credit Elevate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
